Sessions are open to all, and bag check is available.

We run 5k at a sexy conversational pace.

Not a Running Club

: RDC is a family committed to building a supportive community. If you're focused only on personal PBs, we’re not for you.

Leave Your Ego at Home

: Speed is not the focus. We’re a crew, not a club, and we look out for each other.

Introduce Yourself

: Safety first. Introduce yourself to your group. A friendly face can make all the difference.

Group Etiquette

: Respect the pacers. Let them know if you change groups during the run.

Music

: No MP3 players or headphones for safety and social reasons.
